FUNdraiser!
On Wednesday, May 27th from 5:30 to 7:30, the House Democratic Campaign Committee is hosting a fundraiser at Café Del Mundo [map]. I’ll be one of many co-hosts of the event, including most of Democratic Caucus from the House of Representatives and more than seventy other Democratic supporters. The proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to help fund the campaigns of future Democratic candidates for the House of Representatives.
This event promises to be a lot of fun and it will be a great opportunity to meet and talk to your Democratic Representative, as well as many other interesting Alaska Democrats along with some past and future Democratic candidates. There will also be a potluck provided by the co-hosts and I’ll be smoking a brisket or two for that, so you’ll want to be sure to get there before the brisket runs out.
